Elizabete Kwong cries that she loved the wrong man; Amigo Chui reports back to Police

Saturday, January 30, 2010 Posted by Admin 0 comments
February 22nd of last year, Amigo Chui was involved in a case of assaulting girlfriend Elizabete Kwong. Since the incident, he has not provided an explanation to the public, his jobs are also terminated for the meantime. Yesterday afternoon he reported back to the Cheung Sha Wan Police Station, and next month he will have to go back again. He wore a face mask and wanted to avoid interviews from the media, in the end he allowed the media to take pictures, but did not respond to questions. Elizabete took advantage of this time and sobbed during her iCable interview saying that Amigo once promised to marry and have kids with her, but now she regrets that she loved the wrong man.

Yesterday more than 10 reporters surrounded the police station, at 12:30pm the masked Amigo was in sunglasses, dressed in black and jeans arrived at the station. He was at the station for approximately 15 minutes before leaving, around 5 cars from the media followed behind chasing after him for an interview. He was in the 7-seat van driving pretty fast, trying to get rid of the reporters, but he was unsuccessful. In the end, he stopped at a parking lot and the Media followed quickly behind starting a chaos.

Finally Amigo was willing to face the reporters. His friend came out first and told the media: "Calm down, he will come out to allow pictures to be taken." Amigo finally came out of the car and said: "Sorry, thanks for the hard work!" Reporters than bombarded him with several questions regarding the situation including: "What is your situation like now?", "Are you going to get charged?", "Did you really hit Elizabete?". He did not respond to any of them. His friend said: "He will not answer these questions." Then he left through the tunnel and disappeared.

Once planned for marriage and have kids

Amigo's first time appearance after several months, Elizabete took advantage of this time and voiced in tears that she has been through lots of unhappiness at iCable's entertainment news interview. She said: "If I knew that so many negative things will happen, I would have definitely not be with him." She expressed at the interview that when she first met Amigo, she felt that he was a person who really took good care of newcomers and is a good senior. After having good impressions on his work attitude, they soon started dating, falling deeply in love, they even planned to get marry and have kids. She said that because Amigo was not young, he once said that once his career is stabled, he will marry her and then have kids. At the time, she really loved Amigo, besides her family, she loves him the most. In order to be with him, she can let go of everything, so when Amigo attacked her, she could not believe it, never thought that someone that she loved this much would do such thing to her.

Pretends to be happy in public, cries at home

Currently, Elizabete has resume her jobs, but frankly said that when facing the audience and reporters, she can pretend to be happy. When she goes home, she would start crying and because of the great pressure, she also has trouble sleeping and needs her mother to accompany her. Speaking of her mother's concern, she regretfully started crying. She said that her parents were divorced when she was very young, also her mother has epilepsy and cannot work. So her older brother and herself will have to take care of themselves and earn money to take care of the family. Already experienced a lot, she currently just wants to make the most of her opportunities and focus on her jobs, work hard to take care of her mother and lead a happy family life. That is enough for her.

Angelababy did not take William Chan's virginity

Posted by Admin 0 comments
[MingPao reports] Angelababy Yang Wing is currently promoting two movies at the same time, therefore her name pops up in the news almost daily. Suffering from lack of sleep, she smiled and said that she misses home the most. Last night, Baby wore an outfit from Japan label ZUCCa's 2010 Spring Summer line to their fashion show; originally planning it to be a relaxing night, she vehemently denied, "It wasn't me!" in reference to suggestions that she took rumoured ex-boyfriend William Chan's virginity.

Refuses to publicize deflowering experience

Baby's image has always been clean and fresh, and has used excuses such as "it's an embarassing topic" and "I've already revealed my thoughts on it" in response to questions relating to William's virginity. When reporters asked if she has had this experience herself, Baby was beside herself. "This is very embarassing, it's my own secret, I'm definitely NOT discussing it! I'm not as open as William, so you will not see me discuss my sexual relationships on TV. I am a model and an actress, so I wish to leave a beautiful impression and memory in viewer's hearts. But I can confirm that the person he (William) speaks of as deflowering him, is definitely not me!" Baby revealed that she had never asked about William's personal life, because it is a private matter.

Did not lose out on gigs to Jessica C.

In response to allegations that Jessica C. is following in Baby's footsteps by entering the Japanese modelling world, therefore fighting for jobs with her, Baby denies it. "That's not true! The Japanese market is very big, everyone has different jobs. I need to congratulate her, since Jessica's appearance is very suitable for growth in Japan, she has a nice body and a sweet look."

Jacky Cheung Breaks the Barriers and Appears on ATV

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Due to the royalty dispute between TVB and the big 4 record companies, both sides have participated in “boycott” activities, with the big 4 companies now allowing their artists to accept interviews with ATV and i-Cable in Cantonese.

Yesterday, God of Song Jacky Cheung held a press conference for his new Cantonese album "Private Corner"; not only did ATV send a whole production crew and reporters from their regular news department to attend the press conference, they also arranged for Jacky’s interview with them to air during the regular nightly news hour – demonstrating how important the interview is for ATV. As a result, Jacky became the first artist from the Big 4 record companies to “appear” on ATV since the royalty dispute erupted – it also marked the second time in 19 years that Jacky has appeared on ATV. For today’s artists to be able to appear on other TV stations and not just be limited to TVB, Jacky expressed that this is definitely a healthy sign.

As an artist under the Universal recording label, Jacky once expressed that TVB was being too unreasonably restrictive, indicating that TVB does not provide a lot of support to its contracted singers, yet are quick to “freeze” (suspend) them on any little thing. In addition to over 100 reporters from various media outlets in Hong Kong and Asia attending yesterday’s press conference for Jacky’s new album << Private Corner>> being released today, top management from ATV (Yip Jia Bao) and i-Cable (Wu Rong Xing) were also invited to attend. TVB management Virginia Lok was also in attendance, however the station did not send any reporters or crew to the event.

Jacky accepted an interview with both i-Cable and ATV in Cantonese. Since ATV does not have an Entertainment News department, they sent a crew from their regular news department to report on the event and also interview Jacky. In addition, ATV arranged to have Jacky’s interview air during their regular nightly news hour, thereby showing how much they respected the interview. During the interview, Jacky expressed that music should be able to reach all audiences through all media outlets so that the more people who can hear Cantonese music, the better. He said that he doesn’t mind attending a music program put on by other TV stations as long as he has time; he also hoped that there would not be any “monopoly” type situation where artists would be affected. ATV manager Yip Jia Bao also indicated during the interview that he welcomes the “open attitude” of the record companies and that there are plans for ATV to produce a series of music-related variety shows. Jacky expressed that in Taiwan, he did an interview with a regular (non-entertainment) news crew once, but in Hong Kong, this was his very first time, so he was very excited.

Since Jacky has not released a new Cantonese album in 5 years, his record company Universal spent HKD 3 million for the press conference – to repay the generosity, Jacky personally performed 2 songs from his album at the event. Even though earlier in the month, Jacky had reprimanded TVB for their actions, Virginia Lok (from TVB management) did make time to attend, and Mr. Huang Jian Tao from Universal’s top management personally attended to her at the conference.

With regard to each of the major TV stations having top management in attendance at the press conference, Jacky expressed that it is a good thing, as it is better for them to have a cooperative attitude rather than a belligerent one. In terms of TVB not sending any reporting crew to the event, Jacky said: “Yes, that’s true…for them, it has to do with procedural and process stuff, so no need to worry about it.” He revealed that in the future, there are plans to appear on both i-Cable and ATV for interviews and to promote his album. Even though he will not be appearing in any TVB shows any time soon, he will still be participating in the promotional efforts for TVB/Shaw Brother’s film “72 Tenants of Prosperity” because his role as “singer” is completely separate from his role as “actor” and he is very clear when it comes to this.

When asked about Hacken Lee insisting to this day that he will be conducting interviews with i-Cable in Mandarin only, Jacky indicated that it his personal choice. Jacky says that for himself, collaboration with other TV stations is based on whether the timing and style of the project matches his own agenda; also he indicated that not being limited to just appearing on TVB shows is a healthy sign. Asked about whether he is worried his relationship with TVB will deteriorate as a result, Jacky replied: “If they ask me to do a film for them, I will definitely do it. In terms of singing, it will have to wait until after the royalty dispute is over. Of course, I also hope that TVB would be able to air MVs because at the end of the day, music is music.” However, Jacky did express that he is not happy with the way TVB handles awards ceremonies nowadays: “By editing out so many important parts in the awards ceremonies, it’s not very respectful and makes it very hurtful to musicians and recording artists – it’s really not a matter of ‘appearing’ on their station or not, but rather a matter of ‘respect.’” Jacky said that there are plans to air his MVs on ATV and i-Cable in the future.

Though Jacky was affected by the economic meltdown and Lehman Brothers situation last year, he still personally took on the production costs of his new Cantonese album. Jacky expressed that the cost was in the “7 figures” but it was necessary because of his high standards when it comes to the quality of his album. In terms of music quality, Jacky says that this is his best album to date, however it is also the most expensive (production-wise) compared to his previous albums: “Maintaining high quality when it comes to music is important – I believe money can always be earned back. Even though the album may not make as much money as it used to, I don’t believe that it will be a loss.” One of the features of the album is a special song dedicated to the late Lydia Shum (famous host and Jacky’s “god-mother”). Another feature is a special limited edition glass cover on the album, however due to the huge expense, this edition will only be available on the internet for approximately HKD 15000 a piece.

Back in 1991, Jacky was once “frozen” by TVB for appearing on a charity show organized by ATV to benefit flood victims in China. However, due to his status as one of the most popular and beloved singers in Hong Kong at that time, TVB quickly “unfroze” him and allowed him to appear on their shows again afterward.

Kate Tsui as a fighter with a whip, whips the wrong way

Although Kate becomes hot and stylish, but Donnie exposed that during filming her whipping moves were a joke. He said: "Her whip never successfully hits me, actually the other staffs already made way for the shoot." Director Daniel Lee requested that Kate do beautiful movements for the scene, Kate laughed and said that her dance background is coming in handy: "Luckily I learned ballet, hip hop and jazz before. Recently I've been learning Latin dance too!"

As Kate's costume is a low-cut dress, so for the fighting scene she will have to do all preparations to avoid exposure. Donnie joked that he has greater sacrifices than Kate: "I have a shower scene later where I reveal my full upper body, I'm afraid when she sees my muscles that would lower her self-esteem!"

Raymond Lam wasn't able to fling off Miriam Yeung's tight grasp

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Last night, Miriam Yeung and Raymond Lam were on the streets pushing and pulling for a dating scene in their new film "Perfect Wedding" directed by Barbara Wong. As the weather was cold, before the two started shooting they were buried under heavy coats and often drank hot tea to stay warm. When it was time to shoot, Miriam and Raymond were on the streets pulling and pushing, then Raymond made up with her again, looks just like Miriam and her husband Real Ting's warm relationship, then the couple took a stroll together.

Newly wed, Miriam has been trapped in a sweet marriage and is especially into shooting love scenes. In another scene, when Raymond flinged off her hand in one go, Miriam immediately took it back and held onto his hand tightly. In the end, they embraced sweetly. Perhaps its just been too long since they last worked together, or that it was the first day of work and its not often that Raymond does movies, so their chemistry hasn't kicked in yet since they NGed quite a bit.

At 9pm, Miriam's fans especially came to the set with a cake to celebrate her birthday early, which is on February 3rd. Miriam was extremely happy, she quickly cut the cake with fans and blew the candles. A sudden happy birthday party was held on the set.

Tavia wish to take on more evil roles in modern series

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Tavia, who almost became cross-eyed in TVB drama Beyond the Realm Of conscience, wish to continue challenging evil roles, in a modern series.

After receiving the “My Favorite Female Character” award based on the evil role in [Beyond], Tavia wants to continue challenging evil roles, but in a different way, this time in a modern series. She has not been to Malaysia to publicize for a long time. After the major role in [Beyond], she hopes to take on a lighter one, because the costumes in [Beyond] are too heavy. She needs to relax, or else she will turn cross-eyed!

Why cross-eyed? Cheeky Tavia demonstrated how her eyes looked when she is angry, exactly as venomous as Gam Ling, yet got everyone laughing!

A major role will always receive both good and bad comments. When asked about how she regards the negative comments, she humbly replied: “Only with criticisms, will there be improvement. If everybody praises you, you cannot see your faults.”

Love triangle with Steven Ma

Tavia has a healthy image, and is only busy with filming dramas, but she hopes to find time to film a movie. She will be involved in a love triangle with Steven Ma and Michael Tse in the drama [Cupid Stupid], and will be talking more about horoscope. When asked if Tavia believes in horoscope, she replied: “I will read, but do not really care about the daily predictions.” Tavia likes to know herself better: “I prefer reading about horoscope personality and compatibility; sometimes I believe in the predictions too, it is quite accurate!” Currently, she is involved in a series involving obsessions (her first time), but she is not the one with the obsession."

Clarify that Michael did not pass the ulcer

Tavia clarified that Michael was not the source of the ulcer, when they filmed a kissing scene in the drama [The Morning of Flying Fish in Hanami]. “He is innocent. My body was ‘heaty’ hence there was an ulcer; it had nothing to do with Michael. I passed the ulcer to him instead; it was a joke when I said that he passed to me!”

Endorser of Asia

Endorser of H2O+ for 2 concurrent years, Tavia mentioned that she liked “Body Silk” (product of H2O+) because it has both moisturizing cream and bathing lotion. Applying it on the tail end of her hair, it would have multiple benefits. She has already bought the H2O+ products in Malaysia, waiting to use it when she is back in Hongkong. As to whether she will continue to endorse for the third year, Tavia, who has a glib tongue, looked at her boss and replied:” Of course I will continue, right?” Tavia hopes she can endorse for the whole Asian market and not Malaysia alone.

Janice Vidal feels confused and helpless on rejecting TVB's interviews

Posted by Admin 0 comments
It was reported that Leon Lai's record company Amusic is not accepting interviews from both TVB and iCable and did not attend the "JSG Awards" was because they were unhappy that Janice Vidal and Aarif Lee did not get anything. Last night, Janice went on "JSG" and Miriam Yeung, also under Amusic, did not get troubled. This makes the public think that its a special arrangement, even Janice felt confused, she said that she does not know how to solve this issue on her own, she will just wait for her company to make the arrangements. Not afraid of offending TVB? She said: "My company and I have always had a good relationship, actually can't worry too much, I believe in my company. I will always be on the same side as my company. (Is it because you got nothing at "JSG Awards"?) I don't think that has anything to do with it, but I am confused myself."

Maggie Cheung not worried Lunar New Year will affect new series ratings

Michael Miu, Maggie Cheung, Michael Tse, Mandy Cho , Mimi Lo and Grace Wong arrived in Action Waterfall in Olympian City for TVB new series "My Better Half" promotional event. The series is about a married couple's boudoir issues, even at yesterday's event it was a "tasteful" game play.

The male leads Michael Miu and Michael Tse both played ball and fruit passing using mouth games. They got messy during the games. However, the female leads Maggie and Mandy were very careful and did not participate in the games. Grace and Mimi raced to see who can deliver bananas the fastest with their mouths. As a wife, Mimi was teased that her "mouth skills" were not as good as Grace.

Maggie said that she was not worried about the series ratings getting affected by the Lunar New Year, she felt that if the series is good to watch then naturally the ratings will go well. She also laughed and said that she's too busy that she doesn't have time to date: "My love life is ok, I'm currently busy on another series, no time for movies and dinner. (Boyfriend complained?) RTHK: TVB Refuses Meeting to Discuss Cancellation of “Media Award”

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Because the royalty dispute issue between TVB and the big 4 record companies has still not been resolved, there have been rumors that the “4 Station Media Award” could be cancelled. Yesterday, the producers for the 32nd RTHK Top Ten Music Awards (Feng Hui Tang and Chow Kwok Feng) announced the content of the upcoming awards ceremony and confirmed that the “Media Award” will be presented as originally planned as well as include the results from the much debated JSG Awards ceremony.

Feng Hui Tang stated: “In an effort to comply with the wishes of the public, we contacted the other stations regarding a possible meeting; we contacted TVB first (the organizers of JSG Awards), however TVB responded that a meeting is not necessary and no changes need to be made; Metro Radio also indicated that they would respect each station’s “methods.” Though Chik Chak 903 Radio agreed to a meeting, in the end, we were not able to come to a consensus (between the 4 stations), so this year we will not be cancelling the “Media Award”, however it will definitely be up for discussion next year.”

In terms of whether he felt that the “Media Award” is unfair now, Feng stated: “There have been rumors that RTHK will be giving a lot of awards to Eason Chan (to balance things out), however that is not true, so the award should not be “unfair” since majority of the votes would come from the audience.”

Chow Kwok Feng does not feel that the “Media Award” has lost its meaning and significance; in fact, he insists that RTHK’s Top Ten Music Awards will be the most “complete” and “intact” music award ceremony in HK this year. According to reports, both TVB and RTHK will be simultaneously broadcasting the awards ceremony on Jan. 30th, however since TVB will need to make room for commercials, it remains to be seen whether TVB will truly allow the “Big 4 artists” to “appear” on the show [after editing].

Frankie Lam and Kenix Kwok: “Jun Jun” Joy

Posted by Admin 0 comments
With the birth of their daughter, Frankie Lam and Kenix Kwok changed a lot. Recently, Frankie and Kenix, along with their newborn baby, sat down for an interview with “Mingpao Weekly” magazine – showing the great happiness of this now “three person” family. Though Frankie has hired a “sitter” to help Kenix out with the baby, he himself is also taking 2 months off from work to take care of mother and daughter. In fact, he is already showing his good “parenting” skills, as he personally gives his daughter a bath, feeds her, as well as burps her; Kenix even revealed that Frankie is so in love with his daughter that he kisses the baby from head to toe.

This loving father is also a very considerate husband – when Kenix was still in the hospital after having the baby, she had to stay in bed and wasn’t able to get up, even to shower. Everyday, Frankie would go to the hospital to help his wife bathe and sometimes would even squat on the floor to help wash her feet. For Frankie, the joy of becoming a father is a priceless treasure – now, every time he drives outside, he notices how beautiful the world is.

Frankie has described his wife Kenix as becoming “an entirely different person” since the birth of their daughter. In order to breastfeed the baby, Kenix gets up every morning at 6am – when holding the baby in her arms and looking straight into her eyes, she happily smiles and laughs. In the past, whenever Kenix saw a little kid, she would only say “how cute!” then walk away, however now, she puts her daughter ahead of everything else. Though her daughter is not even 1 month old yet, she has already expressed her desire to have a 2nd or even 3rd child.

Roger Kwok respects his wife Cindy Au on the topic of having children

Wednesday, January 27, 2010 Posted by Admin 0 comments
Roger Kwok and Cindy Au attended a home broadband event as a "husband/wife team". Roger is extremely satisfied with the fees he receives for the attendance as 'husband/wife team" this time. Cindy also helped him match his outfit for the event, as for their son he did not come along.

It was said that Cindy wanted to have another child, therefore she went to see a chiropractic doctor to have them look at her waist. She said: "Working in the entertainment circle, you can easily injure your waist. In the last 10 years, I have often done check ups on my waist, it has nothing to do with having children. But we do plan to catch another baby in the next 2-3 years. Currently still feeling 15/16, want to have one but can't seem to stop eating . After giving birth, need to lose weight!" Roger is gives complete respect to his wife about having more kids. He said: "I only do the first half part, the other parts are done by her. Pregnant women who give birth to babies is something really generous, I hope to let it flow naturally, the most important thing is that she enjoys it. (Are you working hard at it?) It is not because we want a daughter, it is enjoying and living life."

Joey Yung gets secretly photographed while sleeping in car, realizes the world isn't safe at all

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Joey Yung, Leo Ku and Charlene Choi (Ah Sa) accepted an online interview at a radio station sharing their struggles in the past decade. Just came back from Shanghai, Joey poured out grievances when she saw Reporters: "This morning when I was coming back from Shanghai, I fell asleep in the car on the way to the airport because I woke up too early. Then suddenly I noticed someone started snapping pictures of me! In the blur, I saw the driver with one hand on the steering wheel and the other holding his cell phone, so I immediately stared at him through the rear mirror, his eye contact looked like he was up to something and looked evil. At the time it was just me, my make-up artist and hairstylist."

Rarely with a grudge, Joey had always waited for her assistant to come rescue her, she continued: "Because she was in another car, when we got to the airport, the driver even told me to give him an autograph. I then told him to show me his cell phone so I can look at it. He didn't know I'm a computer prodigy and really did gave it to me. (Then what?) I immediately found the photos in the phone and quickly deleted them. I also told him I'm not signing him an autograph as a consequence." Joey frankly said that this incident made her worried about her life safety: "Turns out that the world really isn't safe at all, feels naked. (Smart?) No, its just a wake up call."

Charlene: HK Music Industry should be more united

About the rumors that Amusic is upset at TVB because Janice Vidal didn't get any awards at the "JSG Awards", so they are giving TVB the silent treatment by refusing to do any interviews. As the winner of the "Golden Melody Song Award" that Amusic wanted, Joey laughed: "That exaggerated? I didn't see the report so I don't know how to respond. I heard of Janice's song "If World Does Not Have Fairytale". (Which song is good?) Of course mines!"

Ah Sa and Leo both felt that Joey's "In Search of Deities" well deserved the Golden Melody Song Award. Ah Sa said: "Don't talk about which song is the most hit, but every station has their own mechanism. (Amusic giving the silent treatment?) I believe that HK singers want the HK Music Industry to be united too, other places are also very competitive, so we have to be even more united to fight it." Leo said: "Both songs are good, Joey's song is really good to listen to, I don't want to comment on something I don't know too much about though."

Esther Kwan's lovable daughter gets attacked at school

Posted by Admin 0 comments
It was said that Nick Cheung and Esther Kwan's 4 year old daughter Brittany got into a fight at school with her classmates and because she wasn't adapted to the new environment, she often cries during school. This made Esther very worried. But when Esther accepted an interview through the phone, she expressed that the reports of her daughter getting hit is too exaggerated: "She didn't get hit by classmates, I had a look at my daughter with my own eyes, perhaps she and other classmates were playing and got pushed a little on the chest. At the time I saw it too and felt a bit unhappy, but I feel that its just part of growing up, kids are like that. So I'm also learning to adapt to it."

Jacky Cheung to Release Cantonese Album "Private Corner"

Posted by Admin 0 comments
It’s been 5 years since Jacky Cheung released a Cantonese album; his new album "Private Corner" will be released worldwide next Friday (January 29th). This album has been in preparations for a long time – all because Jacky takes the production of his album very seriously. Originally, a portion of the songs were already recorded, however after Jacky listened to them again, he decided to give up on 6 songs and instead choose a few new songs to re-record, resulting in additional time and costs. In post-production, the album was first sent to the U.S. for sound-mixing, then sent to Germany for disc printing, so that his fans – who have waited a long time for this album – can enjoy the highest quality recording.

Jacky described his creative album from 5 years ago as his most personal album to date; however this time around, he took the musical genre that he enjoyed listening to the most [jazz] and converged it into a record – presenting his “private corner” so that all his fans can experience his “private world.”

Since Jacky does not have any contracts with TVB, his MVs are allowed to be broadcast on other TV stations, if necessary. Universal has chosen to hold a press conference for Jacky on Jan. 28th to present his album to the public for the first time. In terms of whether his MV will air on ATV, Universal expressed that there is a possibility, but it is still in discussion. Jacky deeply understands the difficulties that his record company currently faces and has expressed that he will support all promotional efforts on behalf of his album.

Andy Hui Acknowledges Rekindling His Relationship With Sammi Cheng? Edmond Leung Says, “Great!”

Posted by Admin 0 comments
During her concert last month, Sammi Cheng expressed that her “love life at this moment is like a dried-out desert.” However, recently, a magazine printed pictures of Sammi going to her ex-boyfriend Andy Hui’s home in Kandoorie Hill and staying as long as 5 hours, leading to speculation that they have reignited their relationship.

Yesterday, while attending the grand opening for his friend’s shop, Andy admitted that Sammi did indeed go to his place and stayed for 5 hours, but in terms of the rumors about them getting back together, he would only say, “no response” but did not deny it.

Though Andy and Sammi broke up back in 2004, they have maintained a very close relationship. During Sammi’s concert last year, Andy participated as musical guest twice and also personally went to watch 2 of the shows.

When asked whether the two of them were getting back together, Andy would only state: “no response” and did not make an effort to deny the rumor. There were reports that Sammi has been “smiling happily” recently – could it be because of Andy? When asked about it, Andy appeared to be a bit shy, but still would only answer: “no response.” He says that today, the focus should not be on him, so he does not want to talk about this topic. However, reporters continued to pursue the matter, asking him whether he is afraid that his current girlfriend Michelle would be jealous on hearing that Sammi was at his home. Andy continued to avoid the question, answering only: “no more talking about this!”

Edmond Leung, who was also present at the opening ceremony, was asked how he felt about his good friends getting back together. The usually honest Edmond immediately blurted out: “Great!” Afterwards, he realized his “error” and added: “Follow wherever destiny leads! But I feel that Andy adopting a religious preference is a good thing; for myself, after following Buddhism, I feel that it has helped me resolve a lot of unhappy situations.” (Then do you approve of Andy following Sammi into Christianity?) Edmond replied: “Follow wherever destiny leads!”
