[TVB Artiste Blog] On Stephen's TVB blog, he says that before Lit Gor's death they were just filming a simple "meeting" scene in "Off Pedder", at the time he had no problems at all, laughing and chatting with everyone. Everything was absolutely fine. Before the next scene, they went to change in the dressing room. Stephen usually changes pretty quickly, so he changed and left the room. Stephen noticed that day he waited longer than usual for Lit Gor, not long after Florence Kwok came and told him that their "father" (referring to Lit Gor in the series) is not feeling very well. Stephen thought that it wasn't anything big, however when he went back into the room and saw Lit Gor, he looked terrible, feeling very sick. Lit Gor looked like he had something to say, but at this moment Stephen already knew that he could not breathe. Stephen then immediately unbuttoned his shirt to allow better breathing, but the situation became worse, Lit Gor was having a harder time breathing, he started moving around a lot and was not able to regain his normal breathing. Since Stephen was the only male around at the time, the only thing he could do was to hold on to him and tried to bring his heartbeat back by using the methods he knows. At the time, Lit Gor was still half awake, not fully in a coma yet, but Stephen remembers he checked his pulse then and it was not there. Soon after, the TVB Security arrived and performed CPR on him. His pulse then came back, the ambulance arrived very soon and rushed him to the hospital. The cast members stood around and waited for news on Lit Gor. Stephen says that if filming is not completed, no one will leave. They could not wait any longer, so they all rushed to the hospital to see how Lit Gor's doing. After about 2 hours of waiting at the hospital's cafe, they received bad news that Lit Gor has already passed away. They were not able to send him off, but were able to see him for the very last time. His appearance looks very different from when he first started feeling sick.... (Clip could be viewed here: CLICK)

Stephen Au: (Blog Title: "Goodbye, Little Lit") "I regret never learning CPR. At the time, I only had a point of view of the traditional Chinese medications. I thought I could help maintain his heart beat longer, I saw him moving around for a while looking like he wanted to say something. Unfortunately, he was not successful. At the time, I treated Lit Gor as my father. Last night I couldn't sleep, Lit Gor really loves his job, being able to leave this world while doing something you love is nothing regretful. His departure from this world wasn't too difficult. Rest In Peace."
Joyce Cheng: "I will miss the smell of cologne on his clothing the most. "
Queenie Chu: "My heart aches, although I still cannot accept that he's gone, but it is a fact. Take care Lit Gor, Rest in Peace!"
Astrid Chan had tears running down constantly: "He treats every single person very well and warm. How can I not be sad?"
